What should I expect in the beginning of the Physical therapy treatment?
At Pure Health and Wellness we start with an overall examination and evaluation of your condition. Once the problem is identified we will give you a “physical therapy plan” which can include, initial number of visits, stretches, exercises and a variety of techniques to reduce pain.
